Looking for support? Every time a request is submitted to the LexBlog help desk, our Success Team works to resolve your issue quickly. Over the next few months, we will feature the humans behind Support starting with Aimee Wildstone.

What is the most challenging, yet satisfying part of your job?

I love a good challenge in solving a difficult puzzle, it’s part of the reason I’m so drawn to work in IT. I spend most of my time at LexBlog helping our attorneys with requests in our general support or figuring out solutions in individual projects, and the answers to questions can be simple solutions or complicated problems that require a lot of time, research, and education. Since technology is constantly changing and evolving, LexBlog is an exciting place for me to be because it gives me the opportunity to teach people about blogging best practices and the tools we are building!

What accomplishment in your work are you most proud of?
I’m proud of how much I’ve been able to learn in my first year at LexBlog and use my knowledge to help teach and train the Success Team, and I’m proud to have recently accepted a new role as a team leader in my department!

What’s your favorite thing to do outside of LexBlog?
Outside of LexBlog I love being outdoors, biking, hiking, camping, and attending music festivals. I’ve also had a passion for circus arts, music, and dance since I was a child. I started learning circus prop manipulation about 10 years ago starting with poi and since then I’ve learned to dance with fans, hoops, staff, juggling clubs, and buugeng. I started fire dancing about 6 years ago and was immediately hooked! I started fire dancing for audiences last summer and this year I joined the regional Washington Fire Conclave which is one group of many Conclaves across the U.S. who compete to perform at a special ceremony during Burning Man each year.
