It’s been an interesting year for the EEOC. They took on some big cases against major companies and, in certain places, it didn’t end up turning out so great. That’s reflected in the EEOC’s annual FY 2013 Performance and Accountability Report, where Commission sheds light on strategic objectives and evaluates its own performance.

Joining LXBN to explain the report and what employers can glean from it is Jerry Maatman. The Chicago-based attorney is Co-Chair of Seyfarth Shaw’s Class Action Practice Group, lead counsel on three of the five largest EEOC suits in the country right now and editor of Seyfarth’s EEOC Year-End Countdown blog.
