Immediately following the failure of the Cybersecurity Act of 2012, we had Steptoe & Johnson’s Stewart Baker join us on LXBN TV. Baker, formerly General Counsel for the National Security Agency and the first Assistant Secretary for Policy at the Department of Homeland Security, said he thought an executive order on the horizon.
