Ralph Losey of Jackson Lewis On Predictive Coding and Transparency in E-Discovery

No doubt about it, predictive coding is the most talked-about topic in electronic discovery right now. But somewhere close behind it, we have the subject of transparency in e-discovery. As Jackson Lewis Partner and National e-Discovery Counsel Ralph Losey explains, transparency isn’t about becoming invisible. It’s treating the judge and the opposing counsel as teammates, not enemies. Losey also explains predictive coding in basic understandable terms, comparing it to iTunes’ Genius button.
